Caiado Guerreiro has a dynamic team of great quality whose members are often requested to participate in various conferences and training courses, nationally and internationally. Many of our associates collaborate regularly with some of the most important periodical publications such as "Público", "OJE", "Jornal Negócios" and "Diário Económico", and several television channels such as RTP, SIC, TVI, ETV, Bloomberg, CCTV - Chinese Channel Television and Al Jazeera TV among others.

Marketing Department

The Marketing Department provides the necessary support in communicating and promoting the law firm, being responsible for building our identity as a brand and for developing and coordinating all the representation materials of the law firm.

Marketing is responsible for establishing a communication strategy that matches Caiado Guerreiro’s vision and mission, as well as for studying the market and clients and for placing us amongst all these external factors.

The department also coordinates several aspects of external communication, together with the Public Relations department, as well as the Caiado Guerreiro’s online presence, the direct communication with clients and its attendance to several events.

Finance Department

Caiado Guerreiro’s finance department handles the control and evaluation of financial and budgetary administration and the management of clients.

This department provides financial services adapted to the needs of our law firm, considering the specificities of our trade, working side by side with the other areas of Caiado Guerreiro.

Its role comprehends accounting, management control, book-keeping and credit control of the firm, also being in charge of controlling and monitoring the economic and financial information that is used as the basis for strategic and operational decisions to be made.

They act also as a financial and commercial advisory service in the support of the law firm’s professional activity.

Human Resources Department

The main goal of the Human Resources Department is to assure the satisfaction of the individual needs of the firm's employees.

The department is essentially involved at two levels: in the proper management and development of the firm's human resources and in making its people understand and adhere to its mission, values and strategic objectives.

The Human Resources team is responsible for applying policies and procedures, which includes recruitment and selection, performance management and career management, the organization of internal procedures and support to the management of salary policies in accordance with the decisions and strategic plans of the firm.

Administrative service

The Administrative service is in charge of the general secretariat to the law firm and to all the other departments.

Among the main attributions of this department is the organisation of the routine of Caiado Guerreiro’s activities and the performance of office day-to-day business related tasks, as well as to provide support in the management of events and business trips.

Other services are also ensured, such as reception, phone service and information management of the law firm in general.

Other roles of the Administrative Department include taking care of the mail, archives, documentation and organisation of administrative procedures for the acquisition of goods and services.
