No, nobody can be forced to accept an inheritance against their will.

Repudiation of inheritance is the unilateral act by which an heir refuses to receive the share that would have been allocated to him.

The right to repudiate can be exercised within ten years unless one of the heirs files a lawsuit to divide the inheritance, in which case failure to declare a repudiation would be understood as tacit acceptance of the inheritance.
