The question: Does the declaration of insolvency of the parent liable for maintenance terminate their obligation to pay for alimony?

The answer is simple: the declaration of insolvency does not affect maintenance claims. Although there may be a request for clemency from the remaining liabilities, this does not cover maintenance claims, so the maintenance obligation remains pre- and post-insolvency.
