# Public Law

We support public and private entities in all matters of public law, in public procurement and public contracts, Public Employment and the State Business Sector.

Our team comprises professionals who combine legal knowledge with professional experience in the field, representing public and private entities in the appropriate extrajudicial and judicial means to defend their interests.

Public procurement is one of the areas for which Caiado Guerreiro is especially suited, having assisted both contracting entities and private contractors in pre-contractual tender procedures, inserted in activity sectors such as construction, natural gas and telecommunications.

The legal advice provided by our team also extends to matters such as Public Employment Law and the State Business Sector, as well as those relating to all Regulated Sectors, such as water, energy, health, pharmaceutical and telecommunications.
